Flow pressure regulator

At flow rates for example of 10 l/min to 500 l/min and an intake pressure of up to 60 bar with a load connected, output pressure is regulated to 10/20/30 bar. No readjustment of the hydrant is required. Available in different options.

Pressure reducer

The IAG FD 60/12 pressure reducer represents an interest- ing alternative to conventional pressure reducers. At an inlet pressure of up to 80 bar, without loss of flow, the pressure automatically reduces to 12 bar.

Dust Control

Dust control is an essential safety measure used in diverse industrial settings. Since suspended dust particles can increase the chance of a massive explosion, proactive facilities typically utilize a dust suppression system, which can also protect the respiratory and ergonomic health of its onsite workers. 

Dust Control Products

Dust control products are designed to be compatible with an industrial facility's unique needs. The main objective when using a dust control product is to greatly minimize dust accumulation as well as dust migration. Facilities who require a HD-V high-pressure industrial fan have the option to configure it with time program, trace heating, a set number of nozzles and capacity in l/min. It can also be designed with one or two movable axes, a rigid model with simple wiring, or have an identical design and a customized diameter. Additionally, HD-V high-pressure industrial fans are stationary units that can cover large spaces but can move to another area on command from a remote control or by means of sensors and external signals.

To ensure maximum performance, the specification of a spray nozzle is determined by the environment a facility is in and the conditions it is operating under. For example, a nozzle's drop size determines how well it inhibits airborne dust particles. In the majority of industrial operations, spray nozzles that produce macrodrops (less than 200 μm via the process of nebulization) are more effective at suppressing airborne dust particles than those that produce larger droplets. However, many industrial settings will likely need to use a product that features several nozzleheads, that can bind dust directly at its source, that can adjust to varying flow rates (i.e., 10 l/min to 80 l/min at 10 bar) and that are constructed to resist damage, such as the Dust Controll Water-Nozzle-Head-DK20. 

The DLS modular pipe system is the newest IAG product used in emission prevention. It is capable of binding dust in a flexible manner and can easily be adapted to meet varying requirements in terms of water output, pipe length and pipe fitting. The DLS nozzle pipe system is suitable for water sprays or for creating fog walls depending on drop output. It can be installed directly over areas regularly producing dust, such as conveyor belts or passages, transfer points, loading stations and directly on a demolition tool. 

The DK12 features several nozzleheads that can bind dust in narrow and hard-to-reach areas using different spray angles and has a flow rate from 0.9 l/min to 22 l/min at 10 bar depending on the selected nozzle. The water output can be regulated either manually using a ball cock or automatically when coupled with a solenoid valve. The advantage of using an automatic nozzle is that it can be integrated with light curtains or induction strips.

Particle emissions such as silica, graphite and cement all require effective housekeeping methods to reduce the cost and time required to remove them from an industrial setting. The ESM150 is an IAG dust binding machine model specifically designed to suppress massive dust emissions created by tunnel construction, building demolitions, surface mining and quarrying. The ESM150 is constructed with a powerful fan and unique arrangment of 95 nozzles with a water output capacity of between 20 and 600 l/min that covers a spray distance of about 50 meters.

The modular design of the ESM150 is compatible to use for tower mounting and can perform in any terrain when integrated with other equipment. There is a broad range of options for the water spray unit, from a straightforward standard machine with manual control to a fully automatic version including centralized Profibus control. If required, IAG engineers and manufactures complete spray systems consisting of several dust binding machines with a centralized control unit according to customer specifications. The machine has an ON/OFF pump as well as a frequency-controlled high-pressure pump that provides energy efficiency and low maintenance and can be adapted to meet any client's requirements. 

The emission prevention machine ESM70 is compact and light, but has also a sturdy construction with a spraying distance of up to 30 meters. This user-friendly dust suppression machine features 17 high performance nozzles that provides both mobility and flexibility. Clients who want the ESM70 will be able to control the standard machine remotely, and can request the stationary or mobile version. Made of stainless steel and fitted with high pressure hoses, it is a highly flexible system for dust and odor binding and is especially suitable for indoor applications where very little water use and low sound volumes are necessary. 

The demand for complex equipment in varying spaces and diverse industrial environments requires general engineering, electrical engineering, and control technology expertise that are all utilized by IAG to develop highly complex solutions from a single source; this continues through several developmental stages until its implementation is realized on the customer’s site, including service support. 

IAG emission prevention/dust control products are fitted with components that can be easily replaced and maintained by the client. This allows the client to control dust emission with little down time, which reduces operating costs long term. Clients also have the option to convert or upgrade existing equipment.

As with drop size, water pressure plays a vital role in capturing and weighing down airborne dust. The IAG HDR 60/20 is an automatic flow pressure regulator that regulates the output pressure to 20 bar, within a flow rate range of 10 to 600 l/min and independent of the intake pressure. An alternative water pressure component is the IAG FD 60/12 pressure reducer that has inlet pressure of up to 80 bar; its pressure automatically reduces to 12 bar without loss of water flow.

Therefore, it is crucial to implement equipment that can prevent dust particle accumulation and dust suspension in the air to prevent property damage to a facility as well as occupational health complications.
