HKL-Heated/cooled line

The IAG heated/cooed line (HKL) is the perfect sampling line where sample gas needs to be precisely conditioned under a large temperature range.

Using the patented counter-flow heat exchanger in combination with precise temperature measurement on the gas outlet, a previously unachievable level of consistency in heating or cooling of the sample is guaranteed. The use of a flexible stainless steel seal both guarantees undistorted measurement results and enables even sample points that are hard to access to be reached properly, thanks to the flexible construction.

The HKL can be coupled to a standard heated line or an LFD line filter, or directly to a pre-filter gas inlet. Actuation can be via an IAG pre-filter or directly from an IAG measuring unit. Optionally the HKL can also be supplied as an HKS for a 100 l/min sample flow rate. This version can be used for sample temperatures of 80-550°C. Thanks to the typically robust IAG construction, the HKL is also ideal for tough everyday use.
