Service and maintenance

IAG offers a worldwide network of comprehensive expert support for every plant through a team of service technicians who are permanently ready for deployment.   Modems integrated in the machine control system allow remote maintenance of our machines all over the world. In this way we can guarantee short-term assistance in the case of any problems that might occur.

Spare part availability

We at IAG offer our customers security. Spare parts can be delivered on short notice. Our preventive spares inventory guarantees the shortest possible down-times for machines. On request we assume responsibility for central storage availability of spare parts for all of our customers’ production locations. Customers can query stock levels as needed and also request spare parts online.
