The demands made on welding are constantly increasing, since we are frequently seeing the use of new materials and alloys for lightweight metal as well as steel materials. The welding seam, and in particular the entire heat-affected zone (HAZ) are always viewed as local areas of softening.
In order to be able to take full advantage of the performance potential of the base material, it is important to optimise the welding seam and to keep softening in the HAZ to a minimum. This requires special process and material-related knowledge.
Our scope of services comprises:
- Inspection of new products with regard to materials technology in view of the welding requirements for production technology.
- Inspection of new products with regard to process technology in view of the welding requirements for production technology.
- Consultation and introduction of new products to the technical welding areas that are to be incorporated into existing production processes and/or generated for the new production processes.

Welded constructions are categorised into various hazard classes. The planning and design of these welded constructions requires special knowledge.

- Welding supervision according to EN ISO 14731 with comprehensive technical knowledge
- Creation of welding instructions “WPS”
- Consultation and support in the area of aluminium and steel welding
