Moving towards series production is about much more than simply adding automation. Together with Tribol Braking we first took a close look at the existing manufacturing environment and the requirements behind the product.

One point was particularly important: the existing product itself and its excellent quality must not be changed. The challenge was therefore to develop manufacturing approaches that support future growth while maintaining the required product quality.

As part of the feasibility study, IAG analysed the existing situation and developed different approaches for the future manufacturing concept and its step-by-step development.
