Back plate - carrier plate - metallic pad carrier

The back plate, also known as the carrier plate, is a metallic base plate on which the brake pad is applied in several layers. The task of the back plate is the transmission of the forces of the brake piston, to ensure the exact and secure seating of the brake pad in the brake calliper (even during braking load) and the ideal dissipation of thermal energy.

Our systems have an automatic back plate feeder, possibly also checking for the adhesive layer
